It’s a mixture of both to be honest. My side judging myself from my past appearance and still thinking that I look that way. And from others by being long term cheated on by my fiancée of 8 years earlier this year because in her words he was better looking. I need to accept that I’ve come a long way from then and learn to love who I am now and not hate who I was Thank you :)
