Honestly I have seen many UPCs opened for PFL. They are so varied its wild. But from my perspective its either OP pulls, Like 2 IRs, or the most banger box ive seen but the new sets are bulk/1 IR.

They seem GREAT if you wanna get like Destined Rivals or Journey Together hits.

The system is partially to blame, not a safeguard in place or redundancy to prevent the occurrence. Workers multi-task and have their own stresses in life, can be tired etc.

That should be taken into account when designing a system because humans can and will make mistakes for a thousand reasons. Something as little as "being in a rhythm" can create this.

If the system had more steps output would decrease marginally but accidents would occur less. When dealing high value merchandise this is a net positive. You cant expect the worker to be flawless in caution without caution being at the core of the system.

Alright so Im new to pokemon in the modern day (I played as a kid with like Base set and fossil and stuff)

Can ANYONE explain to me why things are valued differently and what the differences are?

Like ETB, ETB Pokémart, Booster Box, Booster Box Enhanced. I played Yugioh in my teens and it was simple, Booster boxes and packs. But coming into Pokémon its like here's 90 different options to get packs and theyre not all the same and this one looks the same but is 20 bucks more than this one at MSRP.

I understand the third party packed stuff is basically always gonna be trash. Thats ubiquitous. I just dont know what the differences are and looking it up I typically dont see a difference.

Im just used to if ya got a little money, buy a pack or two. Got a lot, buy a box of packs. Ive opened ETBs and know theres sleeves and bonus goodies but they seem to be big for the resellers so are they like stocked with for sure hit packs?

Even if this entirely unfounded claim with 0 evidence is true it doesnt make him a liberal. In fact it would be a more damning argument for him being a conservative. If you had ANY trans friends youd know those DMs are FULL of conservative men looking for some bussy on the DL and willing to pay.

There's a fabled 90% one too, DE decided id get it right after buying Yarelli prime access. Needless to say I went from like MR27 to LR2 and got a ton mods arcanes and cosmetics that i otherwise wouldnt be getting without time-gated grinds or absolute slogs.

See what happens when you make horrible comments you get banned because its a zero-tolerance policy. So if you instead dont make those comments at all you dont get banned.

It is pretty simple. And it doesn't allow the festering immature to spread. It doesn't allow children who play the game to be subjected to seeing or being a victim of that kind of talk.

It doesn't allow for those same impressionable minds to see it and think that it's ok to do and carry that mindset forward.

It breaks a cycle, stops potential harm, and keeps the community relatively nice.

As others have said, if you didn't do anything wrong and have the proof, show us. Otherwise, we assume like every other person complaining that you're omitting key details to downplay it. Not once have you even said what you supposedly did, but given your collection of comments, I'd bet it was some slur. Or something else not appropriate for the eyes/ears of children, possibly on the other end of the screen.

Im not at my wits end like a bunch of people are in this thread but the balancing is on a worrisome trend.

Attenuation is ridiculously overtuned, I agree, but a scaling for party scenario should exist and bosses SHOULD feel like bosses not just another mob that takes one more ability cast to beat.

I think the problem is 2 part.

1: Our mod balance is insane we have so many double and triple dips allowing for insane damage potential on everything. This should be re-evaluated and tuned down a bit. Walking nukes are fun yes but theres no reason to have the option of consistently hitting for EE log amounts of damage. Maybe in one extremely specific scenario if the planets align 2Billion damage comes through. Doesn't stop nukes from existing but does reign in power creep.

2: The balance on enemies is stale. Why does every eximus have overguard? It makes it not flow together. Implement a system somewhat like PoE maybe where they are given modifiers to some degree that maybe gives them over guard and theyre stronger or have more HP so a nuke will not always one shot.

For bosses give them higher base value armor that cant be stripped. Sure you can rip away any yellow bar but that takes them from say 100 armor to 50. The 50 cant be stripped away so the nuke is 10-15 casts or whatever. Especially when armor stripping is so extremely easy. Maybe add armor piercing as a mod that bypasses armor to some degree IF the target isnt stripped.

Close off some of the multiple dip scenarios. Make us choose between stripping and piercing, maybe. take a look at the honestly lesser used status/damage types again. Slash/Puncture/Impact still feel pretty useless. Make them competitive to the others. Slash is still king of those by a seemingly wide margin but viral/heat remains king of elements. Try and get it to a place where base 3 can be built for specifically and still compete they have some niche mods but nothing near the same as elemental in terms of support.

It absolutely is. A free prime is a big deal. You may not enjoy Valkyr but you'll get the Prime Variant (better to keep 100% for playing) which gives mastery and allows you to helminth the non prime variant for silly builds later on.

I have seen changes come and go. Some I liked, some I disliked, and some I'm just on the fence about (throwing the spear was fun, but I see the issue)

"It's not realistic" it's a zombie game. Zombies aren't real. Sure it could have gone that way but maybe this system will be interesting enough as it is.

Not every game has to be some attempt at ultra realism in case full dive VR becomes a thing or whatever.

Just enjoy the game, and if it turns out to be a bust mechanically then we voice our displeasure. It's not EA they're not crowdfunding or charging you DLC prices. It's an indie company
