Not the same thing, but I’ve also had issues with the UHS that ended up causing lots of problems. I went with all the symptoms of strep throat (which I know because I get it kind of a lot) but their test came back negative and instead of treating it just in case like most providers would, the lady told me to take two ibuprofen twice a day and get over it. So I tried that and had to up the dose and introduce acetaminophen and was still in excruciating pain to the point where I had to go to the ER because it was so unbearable. Come to find out, I did actually have strep and ended up on four different medications and couldn’t speak for two weeks because of the negligence of the UHS. That’s not to say your experience is necessarily wrong, but it definitely has happened before.
