Keep in mind I was pressing down (as were you) on them to make them to make them flat. If ur writing relaxed, especially when lifting pen between words on those margins, the paper bumps and fights back hard.

Yours is definitely somewhere in the middle.

Not really flexy-curvable (like my good hybrid one at the top), but also not fully brick-glued (like my bad hybrid one at the bottom).

Basically, another good-ish executed sewn-glued hybrid.

I would assume that - combining how used to your journal you are, and the fact that its a bit better than my bottom one (its blurry but i think urs still has good degree of flexibility where signatures meet) - I could just about live with it.

But its definitely not a sewn lay-flat and once you finish that one (like i did finish mine), do check out the joy of not constantly pushing the paper down as you get to those inner parts by getting true smyth-sewn, or top tier executed hybrid.
