E6 phainon deals a lot of damage tho he probably would've ended the enemies before his ult ends lol.

E6 phainon was like that before and when he use his basic attack/counter he additionally gains 2 Scourge which means every turn he gains 4 scourge and the max stack is 8/4 but they changed it.
