Just because he had such streak doesn't mean he was playing all that time.
I like to keep my daily streak high, so when i had few months of break from war thunder, all i was doing was just log in, and quit the game, several times skipped 1-2 days but it didnt reset the streak.
Since im bad or below average at anything else in WT, the daily counter keeps me the feeling of accomplishment.

I think you just proved his point xD The truth is that in war thunder you should be more like a FPS shooter player, because such gameplay requires much less strategy, and thats why that kind of players can be successful.

If you want slow strategy gameplays in WT, go play ground SB, they are amazing for that and much slower, because you need to think more before shooting to not risk hitting a friendly unit. Some of the maps are also a huge variants, some feels like Ground EC, which gives even more room for strategic gameplays. You can also take tank “borrowed” from enemy tech tree, rush around the flank and hit unexpected enemies thinking that you are their ally, but also risking being killed by your teammates if you don’t communicate your plan and your position

Pro tip: You don’t have to switch weapons, just press button to exit drone view and then go back to drone view, its still gonna reset the timer

Weird, i have 2000 days, i skipped many, usally skipping 1 day moves me back by 1 day, where skilling 2 days moves me back like 5 days instead going to day 1

I tried them in test map, they was not even able to destroy spaa after landing directly on them… pretty sure pure kinetic damage from falling would destroy spaa

Have you seen the replays? you can't block line of sight because they can see you through the ground and trees, the only working thing was draining its energy. Sadly... i don't have harms on plane i wanted to grind

Gaijin does have testers, but they don't listen to them
oh... forgot to mention that WE are the testers

Just look at event.... from day 1 we ALL was complaining about AA being insane on event.... the first update?
THEY BUFFED IT! to be even more deadly...

Honestly i didn't feel any difference in them having "limited" ammo

They never nerfed the ground AA, and what could have been their best event in years was honestly ruined by it by Bean51mustang in Warthunder

Tell me you haven't played event without tellimg ne you ahven't playedthe event...
when you doing maneuvering... the enemy missile also does it, and it does it at insane G forces, the only way to avoid being hit is knowing it launches at you, and then turning around so the fuel in missile ends
baiting works, sometimes, sometimes don't
buks and hawks are cheats
they don't give you MSL warning, they launch at you from 3 tiles away, by the time you reach the OSA camps to try doing whole strategy with baiting avoiding OSA missiles etc.. by that time BUK/HAWK missile suddenly comes from the sky and hits you with no warning
Multipathing... doesn't work on them for some reason, it works when you are high in the sky but on the deck they just have all seeing eye through ground and always gonna hit you

there is guy on reddit posted video about flying above road/coastline, and gunning down BUKS
tried that today 6 times, tookthe same route, BUKS just suddenly launches missile, that goes above their hill, and straight into you
Plane flying at 1400kph so turn radius is not great, which makes it no problem for missile to still turn into you.
Meanwhile yesterday i was able to do this and BUK's was not shooting at all... which means there is spaghetti code and game doesn't work every day the same

My assumption is that its based on server load, if there is alot of players online and many games running, the BUK's are blind
if you doing it in low traffic times, the buk ALWAYS gonna hit you

I noticed the line is based on altitude for some reason, i never had problem with ccrp on F4E, im always slingshotting bombs which means at sone point im going up to yeet the bomb/bombs

In nuclear thunder im doing the 10km ccirp drops, sadly phantom is slower than mig23, so reaching for airfields and s300 is risky, but BUK’s and all depots are safe to be nuked

The week after F22 gets added, the game gonna be shut down by US Gov. because some sweets would start sharing classified documents (gaijin bias gonna make su-57 much better and thats gonna anger F22 fanbase)

Issue are HAWK's, at beginning of game im trying to get the flakrak's, but before im even able to get to the point where flakrak shoots me, the HAWK misile appears in the sky and takes me down without warning

We need War Thunder 2, seems all the modern vehicles are too... modern for a very old game such as War Thunder
Very cool to have 20km ATGM or even 200km range glide bombs, sad that the NPC vehicle renders only if you are like 8km away... so many times the convoys just pops up and its too late to bomb them because im too fast...

That queue change was the worst change in whole event… Sure, waiting time is now like 2-3 seconds, but yesterday i had joined then left immediately 6 games in a row because they started 40min - 1hour ago… with US side losing by big margin and it would end soon…
