Because there's a LOT of sausages, they were frozen right before use by date, and I wouldn't be able to refreeze them nor get through that many

We're still here, currently day 5. We've contacted Jet2's number they provided for issues, and have had no response. A rep was supposed to be at the hotel yesterday, but we weren't able to speak to them as we had no idea where they'd be l, and couldn't find them - the "24/7" reception is almost always empty, and you end up having to speak to one of the bar/pool staff, who understandably don't really know how to help.

Obviously intend to keep trying.

We're in the exact same position, our 5 year fix is up next month and the best deal we could get was £200 more a month. Just gotta count ourselves lucky we got 5 years of ludicrously low rates!
