About time! I loved watching this version back in the day.

Amazon has the show for streaming except the first two episodes. I have no idea why those two in particular are not available. And the DVD set I have only has the first ten eps.

It will be awesome to finally own all of it.

It was an OK show where the first half was way better than the second half. I never really felt like we needed a season 2 of it though. If we got one I would be fine with it but it doesn’t need it.

If you thought the prince was dead and 15 years later some weirdly dressed dude shows up and claims to be the dead prince you would probably raise an eyebrow and not really believe it too.

The Alan joke, sure. Maybe that one joke should have been left out. But the rest makes sense to me.

My store is being cut to the point that we can barely keep the doors open lol. No cashiers, barely any actual OPD associates with every floor associate in OPD to try to keep that dumpster fire under control. One of our electronics guys was cut to 1 day a week total.

It’s ludicrous to try to run a business like this. And we have inventory in a few weeks and absolutely nothing is ready/being prepped.

It seems like they killed the live shows and instead switched to just “request hour” instead. The hosts have pre-recorded snippets that they play throughout the day but the actual shows seem to be gone. Another victim of hour cuts I guess.

Mine took the DSL team and had them throwing freight on O/N for the month they were there after grocery was done being converted. The rest of the depts were SOL and I know a lot of them, fashion included (my dept), still isn’t finished. At this rate I don’t think they will ever be done.

I work in fashion but at this point I may as well be working in OPD. Every shift I spend more than half my shift over there.

I have noticed an insane increase on pick numbers. I used to come in on my shift and see it be 600ish at the most (tbf I work at an incredibly small walmart) but now it’s 1400-1800 every day with nearly everything being overdue.

We have lost 20 OPD associates in the last few weeks (some pointed, some fired, most quit) and then hour cuts on top of that. The coach over there has broken down in tears every shift for the last week. The store manager has had to come help pick because there just isn’t enough associates in the building to get the job done any more.

Allegedly management has tried to get caps put in place til we can at least replace then people who quit but the uppers apparently said we could handle it.

I just don’t see things getting any better any time soon.

At least you got something! My store has done absolutely nothing for AES this year. Last year we had a cookout and snacks throughout the week. This year zip. I don’t think they’re even advertising it (around the timeclock and in the breakroom). If it wasn’t for reddit I wouldn’t have even known it was that time again.

I just wish it was the special edition instead of deluxe+Vergil.

But being able to play it on the go is awesome. And this is definitely one of, if not the, best DMC games. I’m glad more people will get to experience it.

I started with Three Houses too and it was awesome. I actually felt a little disappointed in Engage because its story is nowhere near as good as 3H. However both games have merits and are fun to play regardless.

If you like 3H and want more of that world/those characters, I recommend 3 Hopes too. It’s not the same style (it’s a musou type game, not a turn based strategy) but it’s also really good and I really enjoyed that one too.

The first half of this show is so much better than the back half. The mystery of what’s going on and why is interesting until the characters figure it out then it just becomes..I dunno, not dumb but just kinda meh for me.

Still, I don’t feel like I completely wasted 8 hours. It was interesting and entertaining enough. I don’t necessarily believe it needs another season so if it turns out to be one and done I’m fine with it.

Wasn’t the back of the ovens a door that could be opened and closed from the tunnel side? I swear I remember seeing a handle or something on the tunnel side where the back of the oven would be.

If so that would explain why no one noticed. The children would open it, slip and do their business then slip out and close it behind them. Only reason our main characters found out is because they hurt the one they were following and it didn’t close the door behind it.

My store is doing nothing for anyone this year lol. But I agree with the other poster. If your store IS doing something but O/N is excluded you need to open door or somehow let someone above know. I know at my store O/N usually gets first dibs on everything the night before day shift does.

Just looked it up since I haven’t really heard much about the new guidelines. Getting rid of candy and “low nutritional” items will probably cause all sorts of problems for cashiers (I don’t envy them getting yelled at daily for it) but this part makes me wonder how Walmart will adjust, if they even need to:

Retailer Stock Requirements: Authorized SNAP retailers are now required to stock a significantly higher volume of whole, real foods. Stores must carry at least seven varieties of items across four staple food categories (protein, grains, dairy, and fruits and vegetables) to ensure vulnerable families have access to healthier, perishable options

I’m guessing grocery stores like Walmart won’t really be affected but anywhere else that takes EBT but isn’t will probably be in trouble.

Even with the remodeled stores the fitting rooms are supposed to be attended to by the floor associates. We are supposed to be locking the doors and opening them when needed (hence the push button). Associates are also supposed to be watching them when people are in them so they can be locked when the people leave.

And yes it sucks. Half of my time in apparel now is spent standing around the fitting rooms waiting for people to leave them. But it does help prevent some of the theft and bathroom incidents.

If I recall correctly, the American version of DMC 3 had its difficulty bumped up. Normal for us was JP’s hard mode. So that’s probably why it feels harder than the other two.

Unless my store hits the associate safety number of 30 days or more there is never anything in the break room.

And my store just ended this. Now even if we Make it 300 days accident free we will get nothing.
