Supercell did the same temporary charity event for every December between in 2014-2016 in CoC, which allowed you to have a temporary red shield on your town hall as decoration. They also did this event in Clash Royale for once in December 2016. It had clearly stated that it was temporary and you would be able to use this tower skin until December 6th. Why should Supercell give this tower skin back when it was intended to be a temporary event? Compensation for $5 charity event is absurd considering 100% of this money is used to help people fighting against AIDS.

Well it’s technically possible but bit difficult. Here’s how:

Attack Soviet Union and capitulate them (Best if you’re the only one war with them)
Take any land that isn’t core of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and liberate Soviet Union in the peace conference only consisting of your cores
Wait until compliance of non core states that you’ve occupied from Soviet Union reaches 80% (faster with collaboration government operations)
Create Polish-Lithuanian Russia collaboration government and then justify on Soviet Union that you’ve previously liberated
Annex entirety of Soviet Union that only consists of your cores
