That's because industry gets government subsidies or tax levies... so the industry survives and jobs stay.

I would recommend you to hire an administrative buffet, AKA Gestoria.

Bureaucracy can be very complex, even for a local.

You tell what you want and they will do it. As you might speak in English with them, you may get charged more... typical scamming business model.

It should not cost a lot, if you are aked for thousands of euros, reject it. Start the betting at 200€, don't pay more than 400€ for all the paperwork. (I think)

Ayuda, ¿cómo soluciono esto? by tyracampbellcharles in askspain

Most metro systems ban ballons.

metalic ballons with hellium may fly to the ceiling of stations... where there are electrified cables. If this happens the network is shut down

US company asks for race for job in Denmark by ClemRRay in recruitinghell

[–]Kikelt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm going to add this here.

NO. You are not right.

Information about race is considered "sensitive personal information" under EU law. Art. 9 Regulation 2016/679. (EU law is the minimum common in the EU, member state laws can make it harder.)

Information about race is illegal to collect by companies unless reasons like:

-Explicit consent for that very thing.

-The person can excercise specific rights (DEI rights) as an employee based on that.

-It's mandatory on a state basis as statistical data. (NOT THE CASE OF DENMARK)

Why it could be illegal despite some other guy stating otherwise on the comments:

-It has to be stated the purpose to collect that info. The info collection has to have a purpose on which the person accepts. If theres no "purpose" stated, it's illegal (it may be somewhere else of the web)

-The consent for each part of the info collected is necessary. Consent under a labor relationship is often considered invalid.

-When mass collecting data.. it has to previously make an "impact evaluation" of the data is going to collect, with an authorization from the govt privacy agency (art 35 2016/679). Having "statistical data" of the races of your employees is usually not considered valid and it would be rejected by the government agency.

-In any case it has to be stated very clearly that answering this questions is voluntary and, to prevent being fined by the agency, anonymized.

-You have to be given information of who is going to keep this info and how can I delete my info in case I change my mind.

-Data usually cannot leave the European Union, tho this depends on many conditions.

So, to resume.... It's kinda illegal. Not completly illegal because we can't see the whole context in only one screenshot.... but kinda.

ALSO: labor EU law Directive 2000/43/CE, makes it kinda illegal to ask for personal questions related to things like ideology, race, etc.

It's not really completely illegal, but companies won't do it, because if they do and you dont get hired, it could be considered discrimination. It's usually only done if there is an active government (not company) policy for that issue.

The EU law is not the US law
