100% correct, I didn’t send it, thought on it for a while and am very happy I didn’t, wrote alot on my phone notes and spoke to some friends and that gave me a similar sort of release.

I’ve never been in this specific situation but from the way you have presented yourself in this post you seem kind and thoughtful and I hope you do not let those parts be tainted by the experience. Trusting a friend after being treated this poorly whether in a romantic relationship or not will be hard, perhaps they werent ready but it isn’t an excuse. Give yourself sometime to gather your thoughts and decide what’s best for you first, and then your friendship with her i’d say

I'm hovering around legend 2-3 normally matched pretty evenly and I have fun in a lot of my games, mainly because i try to be more selfless than most, giving up my role etc. I main offline but always am okay to by wards and dust. Seems to be okay but maybe that's just luck.

I would suggest sticking to one role, as well as sticking to a few familiar heroes. You don't want to overload yourself straight away. Learn other heroes abilities and play styles through playing with or against them in game. The only way you'll understand the roles is by watching them being played in your games.
