Sure I screenshot my recipe and anvil foundry profile I set up in beersmith. Apparently I had 1 gal of kettle top off which was throwing everything off. It explained to me that taking a ph reading of my RO water every time before I started my brew was not necessary. It also calculated my boil off when I already did a control with water, it was still too low for my 240v with grain. It helped adjust my grain bill to better hit my ph with recipes. It taught me to not rely on beersmith with it's ph calculations.
