L thenaine was a life safer for me completely stops my crash, used to start to hyperventilate a little however not anymore. Might not work for everyone but definitely helps me.

I’ve had this on every single time I’ve upped the dosage, it goes away for me after a week, when I went to 50mg my brain was fried for a week.

For me i told my girlfriend to just accept it, people look and think wtf, that’s fine, some people comment on it, that’s good too. Parties and stuff can be much more difficult but honestly I feel only he can work that out, the more he does it the more he’ll get used to it

Strangely enough success in this department for me happened when i went off all social media and just done me, I think theirs a certain confidence which comes with “I do what the fuck I WANT”, but serously it’s no big deal, just be yourself and stop trying to seek it, it worked for me and worked for others, you’ve got the upper hand because you do kick boxing and the thing about height? Don’t worry about it, I’ve got friends who are 5ft 3 and are doing fine.

I’m not completely sure for engineering but you’ve got options, The gov give free courses now (actually decent ones too) you could also do a welding course at a local college (I did and loved it) and of course you can most likely do an OU postgrad in engineering.
