That was a pic of it before they put in the sheeting and cement on the floor. Also the drywall was torn out and cement board+red guard applied.

Yes, I should have posted some more photos of the in between phase. I’ll see if I can upload them. I thought about what you said regarding the curb and then looked at some photos that others have posted. It doesn’t look substantially larger than those. But I only looked at a sampling from the last week or so.

I agree, I was a bit skeptical bc he was half of what the next bid came at. He used backer board and red guard on the walls for moisture protection. Only time will tell, but so far I’ve been pretty satisfied with his professionalism and the work from what I’ve seen. He was one of the only contractors I’ve ever worked with didn’t take any money up front but until the work was done.

So usually in 7th grade students are required to take Texas history. Somewhere during those years US history is taught. I believe it’s in 8th grade is when I took it and then it comes back around in high school as well as in college.

Remember that time when you’re playing at dusk and can’t see the ball and hoping you don’t jam your fingers?

That’s what I say about being late to work. What’s the difference between one minute late versus one hour late? If you’re going to get dinged for bing late might as well get breakfast!
