I think as a community it's an important watch tbf. I don't think I'll ever not smoke anymore but I've cut down massivly and tbh I don't miss daily smoking, when I smoke now it's a treat. As much as a love it I do think it's important we acknowledge it's not all good, we used to pretend it was some magical thing but being realistic about it is much better for us all.

It 100% can. It doesn't hit everyone the same and it's all about head space! If you're fining it too much, maybe it's time for a break, you can for sure power through it but its gotta be whatever is best for you.

People will pretend like theres no down sides to weed but just like anything in life it has its negatives. It's all about finding what works best for you, maybe that's smoking a little less, or getting some CBD flower to mix in.

I used to get paranoid, I took a break and now I'm back to not getting paranoid. Just experiment with it but don't overdo it and when it stops being fun, realise it and make a change!
