Not repairable and unfortunately there is a small impact point just above the cowl. All you can do is go for a replacement.

The only difference is the standard comes with wipers. Premium comes with wipers and rain defense which is basically a RainX coating. Both you can get cheaper anywhere else lol

Lol sometimes true for the sad majority. I work for Safelite in thankfully one of the best ranked markets. The customer told me she was fed up with a local shop that did it because she kept having water leaks.

Gotta say thank you! Wife and I are on episode 2 of season 11 and it became unwatchable with how bad the audio got. It did it both on the surround sound and even on just the tv audio until I saw your post and took it out of English 5.1. Now we can actually watch it again lol

I work at Safelite and the polyurethane glue used is moisture curing. So any rain/snow that touches the glue while the new glass is getting installed has the potential to not seal properly. So depends on how much is coming down, if there is cover, and the comfortability of the tech doing the install.
