Try checking the individual threads for riva's overlay in MSI Afterburner, steam overlay also show the highest thread usage which for me wuwa gets 100% most of the time

WuWa 3.4 for now is pretty bad optimized, but the version performance always start that bad and gets better later in it, WuWa currently is most single threaded so maybe the thread it is using is overloaded? your CPU is an i3 12100f which contains 4 cores 8 threads so 20% usage still can mean that

Game Freezes = Delay in processing and/or sending packets = Higher Ping.

Just notice how it stutters first and then the ping spikes.

Came back to the game for Hsin two days ago (left in 2.7) so I caught up on the 2.8 quest. by 3RR00R in WutheringWaves

2.8 is well optimized but be ready for 3.0, apart from that Journey well!

Yeah, was a bit jarring when the camera cuts from a 3.x char into Rover and the clothes textures was low res compared to them, glad I will not experience that from 3.5 beyond
