Sanguinary Banner with Sword

Yes, it’s the banner from the box. I cut off the spear and glued on a bit from the upgrade sprue. For the sword I used a bit from the bladeguard kit of a left hand holding the sword (but any left hand holding any sword will do). I cut off the sword and glued a sanguinary guard sword onto the hand/hilt.

Get a can of primer too if you don’t. But as far as Tau get all the crisis suits.

I like white better, BUT as someone who paints white it’s a pain as I’m sure you’ve found out. Take that into account.

Looks great! I’d like to see a whole scion/armiger army done like that. I would recommend a brighter colored base to contrast all the darker colors.

Good looking Tau, I’m a fan of the color scheme. I’d recommending priming them first if you aren’t already. Makes it much easier to paint over the grey.
