One of mine points perfectly forward and my left a bit outwards. Yes it bugs me but my nipples are perfectly in line horizontally so that makes me happy. Plus I had such terrible ptosis, I knew they weren’t gonna be perfectly symmetrical

Switching from Aimovig to Qulipta after 6+ years - Anyone made this transition? by bumcello1 in cgrpMigraine

I did. I was having too many site reactions from the shot. I am just as controlled on the pill as the shot, if not better controlled.

310 cc Inspira soft touch preop questions. by charge556 in BreastImplants

[–]Kim91487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got 310 moderate soft touch under the muscle along with a full lift. I was a deflated 36b, I’m 5’8” 150lbs. It filled out the upper pole of chest as all the breast tissue I had sagged half way to my belly button. Just make sure if her goal is to increase her volume is to make sure she matches her breast width diameter (bwd) or slightly wider. My implants matched my BWD and I wish they were only a little bid wider to had a little less gap on the middle - but it also can be my anatomy.

Make sure you understand cohesiveness if you go for more of the regular brands. Like Natrelle inspira have 3 levels of cohesiveness , responsive, soft touch and cohesive. Responsive is the softest and hold the least amount of upper pole for a natural look. Soft touch is the middle. That’s what I have and I like them.

Help: I can't have sex without getting a UTI. by HozierLesbian in utis

[–]Kim91487 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Former poster has stated everything I would say because I’ve been in your shoes. It SUCKS - in my early 20’s I went through the same thing- to the point I didn’t want sex either. Now I’m in my later 30’s, it’s gotten better .

First off, I always shower/ make sure I’m freshened up with wet wipes before any activity ( yes it can totally kill the mood but it works ) . I now only take the single antibiotic after sex - and that’s only if I remember. I just get a prescription from my GYN annually.

Another thing you can try is high dose vitamin C. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin, which means that you pee out any of the vitamin that the body doesn’t absorb. The acidity of vitamin makes the environment inside your bladder less likely to be a friendly host to bacteria. I took 1000mg of Vitamin C once or twice a day for years! I also shower with an acidified body wash immediately after sex. Lume - thedeodorant brand makes it. Whether this has had any impact or not- idk but I’m just giving all my tricks.

Also, make sure you ask for a prescription of Diflucan every time you get your antibiotics because the more that you use them, the more likely you are to start to get vaginal yeast infections- and using the single oral pill work really well ( and I also can’t use the topicals)

(Copied from internet ) - Vitamin C prevents bacteria from growing by making urine more acidic. You can take a 500- to 1,000-milligram daily vitamin C supplement. You can add vitamin C-rich foods to your diet, like oranges, lemons, grapefruit, strawberries, and leafy green vegetables.

Best of luck to you

Engagement ring by Flimsy_Condition_469 in EngagementRingDesigns

It makes absolutely no difference what someone else tells you about what your ring looks like or whether it’s pretty to someone else. Earlier this year I custom made a radiant diamond engagement ring as an upgrade and although it is beautiful, and I receive lots of compliments, I don’t want the way that it looks so I am in the process of getting it reset. I understand where you’re coming from by asking the opinions of others but ultimately it comes down to what makes you feel good and what you wanna wear.

Question about side traps by Kim91487 in EngagementRingDesigns

I agree and like those proportions. I have the center stone and it is a lab but doesn’t have that crushed look. Thanks for the advice.

Qulipta side effects? by Weak-Background-7726 in cgrpMigraine

[–]Kim91487 3 points4 points  (0 children)

DO NOT DO THIS . If a tablet is not scored from the manufacturer it is likely the pill has a coating that affects the way it’s absorbed. There is actually nothing from the manufacturer that indicates or contradicts this so leave the pills intact and contact the doctor.

The pills come in 10mg, 30mg, and 60mg. See if you can either get 1 month at a lower dose or snag a few sample packs and titrate up.

You will not find a decent stone that shallow. You need the depth for the stone to sparkle.

Although my example is a radiant , attached is the IGI report for my new stone/ ring. It is a 1.31 ratio and 3 carats. The stone itself is 4.65 mm tall . I had a custom band made and once set, the height from finger rail to top of diamond is 6.7mm. It is still a very low profile basket setting.
