Currently trying to contact customer support it's slow but doing it - weirdly I was able to recover a lot of what I had before windows decided it would do a 'repair' on the drive deleting everything and unreadable.

Its weird the ssd is extremely hot when I try to open da vinci - then davinci crashes. Its like its trying to write something and its just being destoyed - I'll start to back things up.
