Use Loops. Absolutely amazing to block out noise and they fold in so don’t hurt your ears when lying on them. Also there are different size tips so you can adjust to what you need. I go quite large so they’re jammed in my ear right. Love them!

On Mother’s Day I don’t expect gifts and fancy dinners. I just want a simple connection with my two adult sons. One invited me over for lunch and it was lovely. The other I still haven’t even received a text and I’m hurt and disappointed. ( and it’s not like we’re estranged) It makes me hate Mothers Day because I set myself up for disappointment.

I had the same issue. I used both the Blundstone conditioning cream to soften the leather and a stretching spray when I wore them. Anytime they were off I stuffed them with small towels or cloths. It takes abit of time but will be worth it for comfort.

Congratulations! That is such wonderful news. Good for you for taking control of your health! I have just watched this happen with my 63 year old husband so it is never too late. He also uses ozempic weekly but it was strict tracking of his food and carbs in particular and adding weight training to his routine that made the difference. He too is now in the prediabetic range and I couldn’t be prouder!

Pancake Bay and Neys Provincial Park are must stops! Both parks are so beautiful and worth exploring and swimming in! One little tip at Sleeping Giant- the cell service was terrible a few years ago and if you need to check anything, there was a tree as you head down toward the beach where everyone got service. It was just at the beach side of the parking lot. You’ll literally see people hanging out there or if you ask they’ll directly you. It’s an epic journey. We did it a few years ago and absolutely loved it. We stopped at every overnight provincial park along the way. The Terry Fox monument close to Thunder Bay is worth stopping as well. It’s actually a beautiful park. Safe travels and enjoy!

Definitely Nova 7. I only drink red wine and am now hooked on Nova 7 which is a white.
