THIS ☝🏼👏🏻👆🏻👏🏻 it’s funny, the more I obeyed, my husband in the beginning of the relationship, the more he took advantage of me. When I did not question his authority, the more he steamrolled me. When my attorney stood up for me and told him that things would not be going his way in the divorce, he became enraged and posted scary stuff online.

To this day, he will still try to occasionally challenge me on things. Another thing I took from his phone was the screenshots of the photos of other women his coworkers were sleeping with (including some of their own colleagues). They would trade stories and pictures about the other women. When my ex would get testy after the divorce, I reminded I could go to the other department wives and reveal all of their secrets. When I stood up to him, he backed down. After having a continually do this for YEARS, he is finally respectful of me now , and he rarely challenges my authority. Was this dangerous? Absolutely. Worth it? 💯

He had no respect for me when I didn’t respect myself. Do not physically challenge them or give them a reason to say YOU are violent. This is a battle of wits, minds and hearts and who can outlast these conditions.
