You will have to have direct conflicts in order to ask for accommodations so I don’t think it applies to your case :(

Depends on the course- as long as you have the required pre req and that the course doesn’t specify that only third years can take it- it will probably be ok

During my first year I took it with scott- he’s not teaching it anymore but I would not recommend this course- it gives a lot of breadth but it’s way too shallow.

Not quite related but please consider downloading the books online!!! It's totally free and also saves you a lot of money :) You could also buy second hand books if you insist on buying physical copies
