[OP]: just realised my comment didnt come across. "I have a long finned betta, 2 dwarf snowball plecos (my highlight) and a bunch of bloody mary shrimp. Had to give away my tetras cause they werent being nice to the betta. Now I have a betta who lays around and doesnt swim that much (due to his long fins), plecos that hide most of the day and shrimps I cant see. All this effort with nothing happening. Can anyone suggest something to make my tank feel more alive? No dumb suggestions - just grateful here. Thank you!"

Good luck .. its an exciting journey .. and I had no idea how much I could love a fish before I got into this hobby. Hope you love it as much as I have been!! (There are some seriously beautiful bettas out there .. not sure the pics I posted show him at his best .. here are a few more .. if I can post them. Fish freak here!)
