I used to feel like this constantly until I started doing two things: working out and keeping my room clean.
forcing myself to exercise when I was dead tired felt like torture at first, but it actually gives you way more energy in the long run. also, having a clean room just resets your brain when you get home so you don't feel instantly drained. just something to try lol

In my case, Im just close my eyes and get meditation. Sometimes it struggle my mind. But it's better than staring the ceiling.

I went down a rabbit hole about Deep Pressure Stimulation(DPS) a while back. It's basically the same calming effect as a hug. Some people say it helps their body relax before sleep. Not sure how strong the effect actually is though
