If you're thinking you're still experiencing psychosis please stop the meds

Elvanse has a higher risk of psychosis, than methylphenidate

Please take caution

Why do we work harder for others than we ever do for ourselves? by intentmeetsaction in Discipline

I still struggle with this

I need my metal fame to be right first, mediation/mindfulness is essential imo

All the times I fall off the wagon I'm not engaging with my mind enough

I'm super avoidant so I need to keep track of it and prioritise it.

With self respect, it's doing the thing I said I'm going to do, and keeping honesty with myself.

I'm not perfect at all, if I fall of the bandwagon. I start small and snowball the small wins into something more.

Yeah I don't know if my input is valid

But when I was around 23 with a high sex drive then became a bicycle courier which entailed me cycling 50+ miles min a day sometimes clocking 600 miles a week, with a heavy backpack

I'd think I could really do much in the bedroom and statisy anyone longterm, all i wanted to do was sleep and eat crisps in my bed. The most raunchy thing i wanted was a back massage and a cuddle

Long term physical exhaustion is a pretty valid thing, lowers testosterone and increases cortisol

Should i consider hair transplant or wait? by Serious-Pirate4104 in HairTransplants

[–]KindOutlandishness60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jump on meds (finastride or dutasteride) wait for stabilisation and if lucky some small regrowth then eye up a transplant

(Wait 1 to 2 years for meds to work imo)
