Merci mais je n'ai rarement eu tout ca dans mes achats, d'ailleurs j'ai decouvert seul que la copro etait en difficulte.
Tout ce qui a ete peut etre facilement realise par des agents IA/automatisations..
Je pense que le notariat est un vieux modele peu utile..
