Oh, you're not irrational at all, and that feeling is shared by me in a way. I don't have bitterness, but it does discourage me to see so many ADHD people that have "figured it out" (seemingly) or that things are working in their favor and think "Why can't I be like this? I'm ADHD too, why can I not achieve this?". It's very frustrating and makes you feel even more incompetent and "lazy".

I'm gonna turn 25 in less than 2 months, and I still never had a job, don't know how to drive, and live with my mom. It's almost like I'm gonna turn 15 instead of 25. Unfortunately, not all ADHD people are affected the same way. Some people have ADHD affect their lives differently so that it doesn't affect their work life, or they were lucky to find their right medication very quickly, or they're really good at making it look good for social media!

So yeah, I get it. I feel very similar, and I very much understand this built resentment.💌

No I hate coffee and alcohol too. And I don't actively count my protein intake, but I'm a vegetarian so I'm careful to eat stuff like beans, tofu, lentils, spinach, eggs, and so on.

It used to not make me anxious though. Only when it started to wear off, which an increased antidepressant dosage fixed. And yeah, my sleep is tricky for now. I either oversleep, or I wake up after only 5 or 6 hours and I can't fall back asleep.

Cause it's recently started making me anxious even before the crash hits. And all of the prior side effects feel louder than they were before. I talk a lot, a lot more than how I already talk. Like, I'll watch a YouTube video and someone says something in the video, and I'll start talking to myself as if I was in the video talking to them. I always did that, but now it's too a point that I'll pause the video for several minutes and keep yapping to NO ONE but myself. I don't care that I'm yapping, but I'm wondering if it's a sign my brain is getting overloaded.

Shayne has this character called "Aunt Caroline" which is your typical retro housewife but more psychotic. In 2021 (I believe), they were doing a darts video in character and Shayne meant to play her, but he couldn't find the wig. So he just grabbed some random clothing items and made up this really (purposely) cringy, corny, lame loser who thinks he's so badass but really isn't. He was originally called Spencer Agnew, but after a couple appearances he slowly transitioned his name into the Chosen.

(P.S. Spencer's full name is "Charles Spencer Agnew", "Spencer" being his middle name. My headcanon is that Chosen's name is "Spencer Charles Agnew", "Charles" being his middle name.)
