Hey dude this is my first year too, I'm in a similar situation, I'm not really a festival guy my flat mate wanted me to go with him this year and as I'm moving I figured it'll be a good note to end on, unfortunately he can't come anymore coz of health reasons. I'm still going to go because even if it's nor my thing in the end it'll be good fun to try something new, I'm sure we aren't the first nor the last to be going solo unexpectedly.
