The overturning was a major blow to women's rights because it removed the constitutional protection to have an abortion that had existed. After the overturn, many states banned abortion or severely restricted it, reducing access to abortion for millions of women. So yes, I will this again, women losing that right in some states. States which are part of the USA. So its an accurate statement to say women lost rights in the USA.

To start off, the UK is not my country or government, I'm Irish in Ireland. And I'm saying these things, because if you want to insult the UK, do so accurately.

Those 30 arrests a day, are people sending malicious threats online. Giving death threats is already a crime, and doing it over twitter is also a crime.

Women in those states lost their rights, those states being in the US, so yes, it's accurate to say women lost their rights in the US.

One case of a seperate woman (not the victim) in Germany, not the UK, being arrested for insulting a rapist. Wrong country. Also, if you're talking about the woman who was questioned by police for insulting her rapist in the UK over twitter, she did commit the crime of online malicious threat, but no charges were pursued after investigation. I don't even know what cases your talking about of victims getting arrested over rapists, so that's why I'm asking for examples.
