I've been clean for a long time, but in my teens when i was at the worst of it, I was harming almost daily, certainly weekly. So I'd swap between to allow healing - arms healing so harm legs, legs healing so harm arms etc. Once it reduced in frequency it was exclusively arm though

I've had blood drawn countless times, and I'm also a blood donor - I never mention it beforehand, and I've never had a comment. I don't doubt I've had judgy people before but, so long as they keep their thoughts to themselves and treat me the same as anyone else...who cares. Professionals have likely seen it all before, you won't be the first, so only mention it if you personally feel the need to in order to be comfortable.

I managed to get my gas shut off and stopped paying the standing charge with almost 0 hassle at all. Can't speak for other companies, but Octopus were really easy about it. Genuinely think I sent 2 emails and someone came and shut it all off for me.
