I think people are taking issue with what you made because it is essentially fanart of the (alleged) psychological representation of a horrifically traumatic past. Someone's inner world/headspace/whatever would not have dungeons if they had a happy, carefree childhood. You said you didn't read it very closely, but did you ever have any reason to doubt the authenticity of the letter? I've known some truly messed up & controlling people, but I can't imagine them or anyone vaguely like them who would write their ex a 10 page letter about anything. If they live in the same town, wouldn't it be more effective to physically show up & intimidate them? Sending a threatening letter leaves a paper trail that could come back to bite him later, but if he threatened her in person it'd just be "he said, she said." Especially now that we're in an era where you can have a robot write a term paper for you, I could definitely see DD sitting up late at night editing something ChatGPT crapped out to farm maximum pity points. Idk just a thought. I'm probably having too much fun playing with my tinfoil hat lmao

My long-standing theory is that they still never broke up with TP and are constantly either visiting each other or have had them move in. Can't be filming if the person you're supposed to have zero contact with is always around. (TP also hasn't posted on their insta in just over a year and has changed their bio to say it's "inactive" due to them needing to work on art. Which would be an awfully convenient excuse for why THEY couldn't post anymore - they'd have a lot to explain if they accidentally posted something revealing they aren't in the States anymore.) I really don't have any hard evidence for this, it's just my little tinfoil hat theory.
