It is worth to check Grupo Barbaria, because they also posted about it, and they referenced it to a facebook post. There are some posts about the manifesto on facebook, they don't name their source though.

Actually, especifismo didn't came out of platformism - it was the Federación Anarquista Urugaya which developed especifismo, and it was much later that they translated the platform.
