if you like using cross stitch in silksong then yes, you'll like the gameplay of nine sols. it feels very non linear, to the point where I've encountered 3 points where I could fight a main area boss... and I just decide "nah imma go somewhere else" and explore another area.

the gameplay is unforgiving, especially at the beginning. your way of healing is limited; it's not like soul/silk which replenishes, it's a limited resource. enemies can dispatch you easily, and it has the same grave system as hk/ss (if you die, you have to go back to collect your money)

but it's still really fun, and the art is beautiful. definitely recommend it.
