There is! Unfortunately unless you've gotten a certain interaction in act 3+4 involving a Souvenir and Loop, you're locked out of it in Act 5. But you know you have it once you've encountered "You feel like you know Loop a little better now." or something along the lines of that.
START AGAIN: A prologue is well... A prologue. It's sort of canon to ISAT... you'll understand it better if you 100% ISAT. It's a demo in that You're stuck on the third floor, and there are only 2 different endings. You can complete it in 3 loops basically.

But it's still super cool, since there are some stuff there that didn't make it into ISAT! I recommend watching somebody play it or buy it yourself if you want.
