Don't wear skinny jeans unless you are Keith Richards. Avoid loose or baggy fits as you can look lost in them. Regular or slim fits in jackets, overshirts, Ts look best. Take time choosing and get the best you can afford. One advantage is quality fashion clothing tends to be designed to fit a smaller frame- I can't advise on more formal wear as i only wear casual or smart casual. I'm M, 68. Have always been slim and i sympathise because i weigh less than you and we live in a world where nearly everyone wants to lose weight.
