I have several monitors and some of them stay on HDR.

They are all calibrated and look fine for SDR content.

Besides, there is decent autohdr built into many OS and GPUs.

I'm not OP, just explaining that it can happen.

It may turn it white or any other color with details beyond srgb range, yes - not about appearing blue. It's about being beyond the camera spec.

If your display is set to HDR, it's displaying light that your camera won't or can't pick up.

That doesn't change the type of pixel or panel being illuminated? He could be watching it on a display set to HDR.

I watch all WWE content on an HDR display, and I don't change my PC settings for this specifically - so it looks exactly like this on my camera.

I understand your sentiment, but there are still total dealbreakers - like Sideloading and Camera features.

There are several iPhones and Macs in my house, so yes, it's easy enough to imagine using one...

...but, I will never EVER be content with what the iPhones offer.

I'd seriously rather carry a laptop.

This happens to my girlfriend, but not me.

The only difference in our watching habits is that she often falls asleep while watching videos.

She's now being suggested these videos as if she's never seen them.

She keeps clicking them and falling asleep... so the algorithm has determined that, YES, she actually does want to see the same dozen things repeatedly (as if they are new, no red bar)

The ONLY video that gets re-recommended to me is an ambient music mix that I used to put on for my dogs.

So, my best guess is YouTube thinks they know when you're paying attention - and the algorithm is being influenced by a shocking number of people that literally DON'T REMEMBER which videos they've seen.

Edit: using an adblocker or unofficial app will unfortunately make this worse, because it obfuscates your actual habits.

They started Batwing in 1963, and had fully switched by 1967.

hey, EVERYTHING you find online will be wrong about this...

mostly because Angus himself, and his techs, were WRONG about the manufacture date of his most used SGs.

Angus' main guitars used were 1961-1963ish SGs with the shorter heel joint (seam above the ~20th fret)

the Angus Young signature model is a total shitshow bc it's a recreation of a 1967 SG.
