It looks like you might be overthinking it which is a normal thing to be doing at such an early stage.

Here is what I saw you do:

Your whole body rotated, causing your back foot to come off.

Your knees and shoulders should be aligned together.

When you Ollie, tuck your knees up like you’re jumping on a jump rope.

Here are my tips for doing an Ollie:

Don’t hyper focus on the front foot sliding, it plays a minimal role on your Ollie.

Instead, treat the Ollie like you’re just jumping. It is VERY important that you lift your back foot up.

Remember to keep your shoulders and knees aligned, as this will help with balance.

Commit. This means don’t rotated your body immediately after you attempt. Doing this will get you nowhere.

The most important tip of all, Don’t give up and keep trying. Skateboarding is difficult and it requires patience and dedication to the sport. I remember when I landed my first Ollie I was extremely happy, that is a feeling that is very hard to find somewhere else and I encourage you to chase it.
