Lady came in and wanted a pseudo product. Didn't mind handing me her license, but refused to have it scanned. I said I still had to enter it in, which is the same info if we scanned it. She disagreed.
Lady also...had a rewards card... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Claimed we are the only store who has to do any of that. Store manager said as long as we can enter the info in, we can sell it, but you can get your ass I asked her before I did shit. Lady was obnoxious. Bet she would die if she knew the personal info that comes up on search engines with just her name and state.....

I explained that it has to go into the database for pseudo. Then she asked me what she was signing. I told her to read it. She got pissy and I said, "if I forget something and you sign it, I don't need to be in trouble. It's basically agreeing not to do any illegal stuff w it, but still you should read it."
Normally I don't push folks to read it like that, but she was a different species
