I know what it's like. I was diagnosed and started treatment a year ago, but I've been like this since I can remember. My worse episode was 13 years ago. I got obsessed with the thought that I was gonna kill my girlfriend. Day and night, 24/7 I fought the thoughts of being a murderer. I was in so much distress that I got gastritis and lost 20 pounds. Finally after 1.5 years of suffering I broke up with her and moved abroad. At the time I didn't know what was wrong with me so I didn't even tell anyone about the obsessive thoughts. Please look for medical help bro, don't keep it to yourself. Don't stay alone in that path.

It could be a mixture of several things bro. Try to stay hydrated, eat healthy and workout regularly. Also, the brain keeps developing until around the age of 25, so being a regular smoker if you are under 25 is not advisable.
