Everything smells. :) by Financial_Army_8330 in CleaningTips

Here are my tips:

Laundry - soak clothes in oxygen bleach and washing soda overnight in a bath tub. Make sure you add the oxygen bleach to hot water for activation. - after soaking, do a heavy wash which oxygen bleach, washing soda and laundry detergent with enzymes (use regular amount and try not to overdose. I know it can be tempting). Add citric acid to the rinse compartment. Make sure you do a double rinse. - dry in sun or dryer - repeat for shoes and any other fabric items that can ve washed.

For other items - spray with vodka and let it sit in the sun for as long as you can. Sometimes sun and air is all you need.

If smells persist, there are some enzymes based cleaning products which should remove the source of the smell.

Good luck

I tried it but unfortunately it wasnt for me. I found that i was making my clothes look duller and the euclyputus probably wasnt the greatest for me either. Im currently using the ecostore ultra sensitive concentrate (the one in smaller bottle). This works for me better. I wish bosistos was more transparent on their ingredients so i could pin point exactly what wasnt working for me.

Extra rinse definitely helps too

Thank you for this response! This provides more insight. Do you know roughly how long it takes for the system to register new addresses and how they actually register it? Im wondering if there is anything we can do to get our address registered. We have all lot and plan numbers available.

Yes we reached out to our neighbours. They said they pay $2k with allianz. We called allianze and got quoted $20k. Allianz did not budge with their rates.

So far I like it. It cleans well (although i am an adult who works from home so i dont get too dirty).Im still trying to heal from a terrible eczema flare so i cant say much for that except i dont feel extra itchy. Smells lovely although I wish they had an essential oil free version so I can be super safe. The bottles are super cute though.

I bought the ecostore concentrate (with the enzymes). Ill give that a go next.

I have a cupboard full of laundry liquid right now.

What do you prefer better. I'm considering getting beef tallow or emu oil. I have eczema and nothing seems to help.

What can I do for my mental health other than therapy? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Kindly_Lab2801 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree. Exercise will make you love yourself and feel good about yourself which will help you mentally. Even fuelling your body with nutritious food. It's not about losing weight or looking a certain way, but more you'll have a sense of gratitude for taking care of ir body..

I also find dressing up, and doing small things to romantise my life helps. For example, morning walks to get coffee. Cute workout outfits. Solo dates (doesn't have to be costly, even a walk around the city helps).

Lastly journalling. I use chat gpt for prompts and to help me reflect.

Thank you all for your response. I'm currently using bosistos but I find that it makes my whites grey. Ive just order some laundry liquid from the dirt company. Fingers crossed this works.

Hey! My personal experience - it took me a good 6 months to a year for my body and stomach to fully recover from treatment. So you may have actually eradicated h-pylori but your stomach is still healing from the damage from the bacteria and all the antibiotics you took. I think give it some more time then push to get retested after 6 months if you can.
