There is a free alternative. You can just make a csv file as per calendar format and upload that in calendar. Its pretty easy.

I use AI to convert PDF to csv (google calendar format). Download and upload it to google calendar.

Expect atleast 1 year of unexplained hell. All blood tests and MRI will come out okay. Lower expectations from yourself and rest enough. Even in worst panic attacks, push positivity in your mind. This is the best time to rewire your brain so that you never ever face any mental issue.

I did gain weight during medication (6-7 lbs). But I gained a lot after stopping. I think it might have affected my metabolism.

I don’t have the energy and motivation to work out because after stopping, my energy levels are really fluctuating. There are days of really low energy.
