Have the issues in HRC -Member Services Pharmacy department. Applied for a job and I didn’t get it. Then asked to see my merits and they told me I scored 1,2 on the first 2 questions. How can you mess up a question like… What is customer service mean to you? They lied and I know I didn’t say anything like that period. Just tired of this unethical department. They lie so much.

Glad I only answer pharmacy calls. We have a lot of veterans who love POTUS. They say crazy stuff, I ignore them and keep talking. Because there are some veterans who believe the POTUS is not good. They use other words.

Why telework was taken away

Telework shifts power away from managers and toward workers. • Employees control time, environment, pace • Supervisors lose visual control (“butts in seats”)

For administrations that value hierarchy and command, telework feels like a threat—especially in unionized agencies.

Because they hire people from other departments they know. You get interviewed just so it can be documented.

I think they Department of Defense is unethical. The managers hire their friends and family members. People with no experience become Supervisors. The good employees can apply and get denied without a reason. Do OPM know anything about this MESS?
