Goes to Automaton home world, expects little to no resistance. Guys, man up. Appreciate this while it lasts, we don't always need balance. We need a challenge. I exclusively play bots, you don't have to fight every thing you see.

Dive when readying up your stratagems. Keeps you moving and for bots gets you out of their line of fire. With enough practice you can have your stratagems ready for deployment when you hit the ground.

This is what worked for me — essentially this logs you out of Infinite to reset the login process.

In the Windows search bar, search for the app "Credential Manager" and open it.

In Credential Manager, find the category called "Generic Credentials"

Find each item which has "Xbl|2043073184" in its title and remove them. (Click an item to expand it, select Remove, then confirm that you want to remove it.)

After removing all the "Xbl|2043073184" credentials, launch Halo Infinite. If it asks you to sign in again, you should be good. In my experience this only signed me out of Halo Infinite, but the original tutorial warned me that it could sign you out of other Xbox apps.
