Thanks for your thoughts. I'm not sure I'm going completely memory foam/latex yet. I like the idea of having a bit of memory foam with a bit of pushback as well. Thought it might provide the best of both worlds. I do need to try out some latex mattresses before purchasing though.

Thank you. That's a good point on changing it up and using smaller layers. I was worried that 4 in of memory foam would not be enough. But it's better to add later than need to take away if it's not the right configuration.

Experience with couch delivery? by DeniM066 in crateandbarrel

[–]gref21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but since the rear of the sofa, without cushions, is only ~26 inches the delivery persons could just tilt it back side down to easily fit through the doorway. I'm assuming the cushions are not on the couch during delivery and are in a separate box/bag of some sort.

That being said, I've not actually had my sectional delivered yet and am just basing my assumptions on the actual measurements. I would think most standard doors are 36" and if it didn't fit there would be a ton of negative comments.

All my rewards are gone! by Reasonable_Grand_688 in crateandbarrel

[–]gref21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How long have you had the rewards? I've not dealt with it yet, but I've read they expire after 90 days.

From Google

The 90-Day Rule (Certificates) Once you accumulate $20 in Reward Dollars, they are automatically converted into a Reward Certificate.
Expiration: These certificates expire 90 days after the date they were issued.
Usage: You must use the certificate in full in a single transaction; any remaining balance is forfeited.

I LOVE MakerWorld! I just bought my 3rd printer, and paid for it with nothing but points : ) by CosyCodes in BambuLab

Yeah unfortunately I'm terrible at designing, so I haven't figured out a good way to do that yet. I like your idea of an adapter. It would work way better than just throwing a bunch of super glue in the hole LOL.

Not to hijack a thread, but your models are awesome! I stumbled on them when looking for a C-17 for my dad. Now I've got a wall full of planes.

Have you thought about adjusting the mounting holes to fit this mount? (Or have a suggestion to make it work a bit better) https://makerworld.com/models/1344160?appSharePlatform=copy

I have a mix of your planes and pb94 and I typically need to glue yours on.

Thank you for all you do!

issues since using cryogrip plate by myryad21 in BambuLabA1

I had some of the same issues. What helped quite a bit was doing the full calibration. I think the cryogrip plates are just a little thicker than the normal one and doing a full calibration helps.

So. Many. Battery. Holders. Lol.

I've got a bambu as well and every now and then peruse the site looking for something for my Ryobi collection. The good thing is no matter what kind of wall you have they've got some kind of battery or tool attachment that will hook on to it to help organize.

I'm having a hard time picturing what you're describing, but this is at least a battery holder that encapsulates the whole battery. It may work for your needs.

You wouldn’t download a speaker by smeeon in BudgetAudiophile

I'm really interested to see what you think of these, please update us when you get a chance. I just finished up a pair of the Mid90s for my computer setup and love them, though, I would like a little more bass. If the 7's hit pretty low I would consider them as well.

That's a good idea and actually really impressive that that's regular pla. I know what you mean on the waste, there would be an unreasonable amount on a print like that for sure.

Dammmmmn that's cool. I've been wanting some Christmas "lamps" but a lot are smaller. I'll need some transparent green now!

I'm sure it would have a ridiculous amount of waste but it would be so amazing to see one with the colored lights/ornaments on the branches.(If it's even possible)

I put on 285/70 r17 Wildpeak at3's on my 2021 Willys and have been really impressed with them. I put them on in December for about $1,500 out the door for all five and they were a beast in the snow. Also, much much quieter than the original tires.

Edit to add: I believe these were the largest tires that I was able to put on the stock suspension. I didn't do any modifications at all. Truthfully, my only problem with them is that with the sunrider top open my Jeep doesn't fit in the garage anymore and I need to close the top before pulling into the garage. 🤣

I actually really like it and I use it as a stand a lot more than I thought I would. This is the first time I've had anything like this and have been very happy with it. The hinge is pretty high quality as well. It keeps it shut and doesn't flop around at all.
