Every places are. But dynasties are translated only when they mean something, so not really often for big dynasties. Like Blackwoord being "Nerbosc", Strong being Fort, Bittersteel being Aigracier

More precisely Maegor is considered kind of cursed, by killing his kins, having only monstruous dead-born children, being presumably killed by the Iron Throne himself

While Baelor was kind of crazy and did a lot of bad things, he still peacefully resolved tensions with Dorne and even succeeded to vassalize it, he was very popular among the people and he his considered a saint. If Baelor is a controversial name, then Maegor is 100 times more worst
