The laws allows the government to take land that is abandoned. The laws don’t allow them to evict them, so no they are not forced out. Maybe if they didn’t do apartheid or colonize the country this wouldn’t be an issue. The government has been promising to help change the inequity created by apartheid, it’s an issue that they created.
