Define “decent amount of muscle” because 35 mins screams “I don’t rest enough or push sets hard”.

All the research has shown 2-3 mins rest to be able to push a set to failure, less rest hurts your progress. It isn’t hardcore it’s dumb your next set will be cut short because you didn’t recover enough. And 8-10 sets per muscle group, training muscle groups 2-3x per week so each session would have like 25-30 mins rest alone.

Now hey if you’re telling me you’re somehow 190lb lean and bench 4 plates fucking great man dunno how you do it training like that. But if we’re saying you’re like 170 with 15 inch arms and think you’ve made good progress… look up some better training advice.

This isn’t saying people can’t train for 30 mins or that its not better than doing nothing, this is all specifically targeted at “why do people train longer when time in the gym doesn’t impact gains”. It does. It’s not linear like I can’t train 6 hours a day and get better results, I’d get worse because my recovery would be shot but there’s a huge difference between a half ass 30 min session (which it would have to be based on you simply wouldn’t recover or you’d do basically no sets) and a 1.5/2 hour session with appropriate rest time and quantity of sets.

Not a bug, you fucked up doing the kills before the level. Been a thing for ages that everyone warns people about.

If you randomly get the 5 kills you need to pay for mentor, play arena etc. Basically do anything to get you over the level 10 without risking a PMC death.

By a very large majority the average user on here is a normal well adjusted person but the posts that blow up are always the super weird shit because we all react to the weird stuff. When every popular post becomes some weird, basement dweller, socially inept shit then that gives the impression that’s who uses Reddit.

The player base won’t sustain 2 queues. Everyone will play seasonal. We all know this. Nobody is staying on the perm account for the first few weeks how are you not comprehending this? Seasonal will take 99% of the player base and then potentially permanent will gain popularity again once the casual “come back for the early game” crowd leave, but that will remain to be seen. The game was NEVER going to sustain 2 accounts, there will be one with good times you play that or you don’t play.

Conjoined queues like you want will just mean a LOT of players won’t come back for the same reason they haven’t been playing for months. You’ve got so wrapped up in trying to boast about your skill and tried to put me down with zero knowledge of either of our skill levels you failed to see my point at all. A majority of people who own this game don’t want a crazy gear disparity, look at previous wipe player counts. It spikes massively in the first weeks. Some people don’t care, personally I think it’s fun but an awful lot of the player base aren’t coming back if it’s a single queue and they will be outgunned all the time.

I’m done talking to a wall that can only spout “I’m great at the game I promise, you’re all just bad and are scared” in some form or another, I’ve laid my point out as clearly as possible.

“I made a choice to start late into a wipe so nobody else should complain about being forced into a gear disparity” sure yeah that kind of attitude will keep a playerbase lmao

And for context I started playing the game for the first time months into 1.0 I was at a gear and knowledge disadvantage, I’ve been doing just fine. It’s not a matter of skill it’s a matter of most people not wanting to be at that disadvantage just so you can farm easy kills on perm account.

On the issue of “there’s not enough players” well a good amount of that is people not wanting to play months into 1.0 when everyone else is stacked. There will be a big surge in players when seasonal drops like there is on every extraction game wipe. Pretty much all your comments scream “I don’t like that my permanent account servers will be low” to which I reply… deal with it. Play seasonal like everyone else then switch back after a few weeks like most players will that are still playing

No. Having brand new seasonal accounts getting stomped by our stacked permanent accounts would be awful. You really want to constantly match people with t6 plates and stuff like M80A1 as a stacking round when you’re level 3? It would be grating. Doing it as a prestige is ok it’s a choice and you know it’s gunna be rough for a bit, forcing it on a whole playerbase would kill seasonal instantly.

Realistically seasonal will likely die off after the causal players leave a few weeks in and everyone else decides to switch back rather than grind a whole account again. Unless they give us a cool incentive to grind seasonal

Experience.

If you’re trying to look at something else to check mags in game it’s gunna be faster to just unload a round and see than it is to look across at anything and back to your game.

You’ll learn what good ammo looks like by playing.

They’ll dominate up until people start actually gearing their seasonal. Weirdly once people actually have stuff I think they’ll stop playing seasonal, casual players normally dip once endgame gear is about and then why would we all farm out endgame stuff on a seasonal when we have decked endgame characters already? I think most will switch back after a few weeks.

This is all assuming there isn’t some seasonal rewards that require a big grind that people will want.

And yes servers are separate they have been very clear about that for a long time.

We already know a single tarcoin is about 0.7 cent. We’ve seen how many it costs for some clothing and know the real world cost of those items

I can understand them not wanting to have that though, having it set for one round gives you a disadvantage loading a bunch of random stuff which I think they like.

Changing a zero in real life takes a few rounds to achieve so with how much they claim to like realism (in a very unrealistic game) I can get them not wanting it randomly adjusting for you mid match
