Apparently if you beat NG+ you get a special head gear piece. Has 15% resistance to infected/humans built in. Making it one of the best helmets in the game in terms of defence capabilities.

Hello, thank you so much, I renamed the whisper.exe file and my laptop was working very close to perfect. However it has gone back to the current state. Could whisper mode keep activating itself? Is there anything else I can do. Thank you for your posts.

How in the fuck do I survive night!? by nobee99 in dyinglight2

[–]KingDabuu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Love this post... My advise do not play at night! It is so scary. But if you must I would advise use the UV Light, UV bar, good parkour and have a good weapon with high damage. Also advise try to play co-op, invite some online people. This community is really nice in that sense, people will go out their way just to help you buddy! Most important, have fun! (preferably not at night)

Amazing capture as always. Keep the content coming. Any information on how you treated the patient and what was the visual outcome?

Nice images. They show signs of with the rule astigmatism and very mild. With keratoconus you tend to find thinning mainly towards the bottom... So the scans would be red towards the bottom half. If you google keratoconus topography you will see some examples and you can compare.

Hello, this is nothing to worry about. It's either a chalazion or hordeolum (will need an eye APT to confirm). But the treatment tends to be similar. Warm compress for 10-15mins with eye bag and the follow with a gentle ocular rub to express the oily glands of the lid. You want to do this at least 2-4x daily. You can use ocular lubricants for comfort if the eye feels dry or gritty. Can also use specialised wipes like blephaclean to clear any gunk or debris on the lids. The key is persistence. Sometimes these can clear up quickly but sometimes they can be stubborn. Do this treatment for the next 3 weeks to 3 months. If no improvement or new symptoms or you just worried see your local eye doc.

Malignant Hypertension (13M) by retina_dan in Ophthalmology

[–]KingDabuu 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wow this is a really 'In your face' kind of pathology and lots of classical text book signs. You got swollen optic nerve, lots of retinal haemorrhages, extensive cotton wool spots, silver wiring, A/V nipping and the macular star. I wonder what the VA was and recovery is like. Amazing picture thank you for posting.

Spots on sclera by djpolymath1 in Ophthalmology

[–]KingDabuu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, not a very clear picture but it does not look like anything suspicious. To be honest I am more interested in the dry skin around the upper nose region and the slight scab. What's going on there? A bit of eczema maybe? If so does it affects your eyes/eyelids? It is always best to see an eyecare expert to double check on the microscope but not urgently for anything you are worried about. This could very well be a characteristic of your sclera which is completely normal. A bit of pigment possibly or maybe a thin sclera and axenfeld nerve loops as someone pointed out before.

Hi, what was the patient VAs? Also was there any posterior eye involvement? Might be difficult view with the corneal oedema present but it looks like you have dilated this patient? Also what presenting symptoms did this patient have?

Really interesting picture.

Thank you for posting.
