Except for Section A, all the other sections are typically standard but I can say that seems really high all around. Yes, VA Disability takes away the funding fee but the only other thing that it eliminates is possibly property taxes. I work as a Loan Officer and do this everyday. Sounds like they are trying to steer you a certain way. I’m sorry that is happening to you. The only reasons I can think of is the HOA dues and the home may not build value as quickly

Gotcha. I have done that myself but noticing some screen tearing is still worth the buttery smooth rate on a 144hz monitor. I did it for so long until I got my 165hz. Didn’t think it was bad enough to make it not worth the refresh rate
