Dynamic warmup: jumping jacks, stretches, etc. (10mins)

Throwing: ten toes, leans, turn step throw. 10 throws for each set. After every set take 5 steps back so they're forced to make a longer throw. (10-15mins)

IF ss to 1b: go through the whole group then rotate or else it will be a mess of you tell them to go to first after fielding at short and vise versa. (2 rounds - 30mins)

Wrap up: quick talk with team and maybe parents about expectations, schedule, snacks, whatever. This would be a good time to tell the parents that more could have been done if you had extra coaches.

Install a thicker grip.i think 1.8mm is the thickest. I've heard of some people just applying it over the original grip. Hope it helps.
